Talent Management Teams

To facilitate employee development, many of our businesses have created Talent Management Teams. A TMT is an advisory team made up of leaders within the business unit or function who are committed to employee development and have a close understanding of the people within their respective groups. In addition to assisting with employee development, TMTs facilitate succession planning, improve organizational capability, and help educate all employees on career resources and tools.
