To provide an exceptional level of pricing accuracy for customers. As part of the Sales Support Team, work alongside the Account Coordinators to ensure contractual pricing changes are implemented correctly. Take on ad hoc project as directed by the Sales Support Manager.
As the expert on the SAP S/4 Commodity Pricing Engine, maintain formula pricing for all Marketing accounts. In addition, maintain the pricing for the Marketing Deals for Marine and for the Exchanges within SAP Deal Capture.
Liaise with the relevant Sales Support Coordinator to ensure updates are made in line with contractual changes
Manage the monthly RPI pricing changes for Retail
Issue the pricing bulletin emails on a weekly basis
Provide cover for the Pricing portal
Work with Commercial on inter-company pricing strategies
Work with the Wholesale Pricing Lead and the SAP Support Team on the annual RTFO price changes. This is a critical, time-driven task that is carried out to update formula in SAP S/4 and to apply these to customer accounts. Carry out extensive testing before implementation and once active check that the pricing is being correctly applied to customer orders and invoices for formula, rate and margin share accounts. Update all manual pricing sheets
Carry out regular audits of pricing on accounts to ensure accuracy
Critical Skills/Leadership Criteria
Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis without restrictions, or meet the relevant criteria for employer sponsorship under the UK points-based immigration system
Obtained a degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited University
Natural affinity to numbers and analysis
Ability to simplify problems into component parts and deal with them systematically
Ability to work effectively whether independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in MS-Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Previous SAP experience desirable but not essential
Phillips 66 has significant marketing operations in Europe. In the UK the business is primarily wholesale, selling fuels to distributors (some of whom are branded JET) and resellers. The fuels are either collected by customers or delivered through a contracted road tanker fleet operating out of a number of UK distribution points. In addition, Phillips 66 Limited supplies a network of approximately 330 independently owned petrol forecourts, all of which are branded JET.
Other markets served are aviation, marine and LPG. JET supplies some of the UK's growing secondary airports using owned and shared refuelling tankers and storage, and delivers to airlines through contracted refuelling operations. Marine markets are served using contracted vehicles, as is the LPG business.
