This role is responsible for the formulation and coordination of UK Marketing volume forecasts and of allocation strategies across the business, influencing the behaviours of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all earnings and volume opportunities are maximised.
Responsible for all UKM volume forecasts taking input from Sales Managers, Supply and Sales Territory Managers’ market information and current supply capability.
Accountable for developing the use of DTN TABS system full capability to control lifting levels, drive rateability and contribute to the optimisation of the UKM supply chain. Working closely with the Pricing Lead and Sales Managers to drive demand across the country to help drive and meet UKM LRP objectives.
Responsible for supporting the volume related submissions into the LRP & 0+12 forecasting processes.
Responsible for creating and communicating to stakeholders allocation strategies necessary to respond to any known supply disruptions.
Responsible for driving all Terminal Sales teams, using that forum to reach consensus on product disposition and strategies across UKM locations.
Work with Strategy, Supply, Sales Development, HOR and London Commercial to identify opportunities in core area product optimisation and contribute to ‘ad hoc’ work on HOR product disposition.
Work with London Commercial & Humber Production Planning to build greater collaboration and share best practices for the benefit of Phillips 66. Build effective collaboration between UK Marketing business units and supply to optimise product placement including scope for opportunistic sales.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the UK Marketing volume forecasting tool including all of the required reporting capabilities.
Provide cover for the Pricing Lead
Providing out of hours support when required

Phillips 66 has significant marketing operations in Europe. In the UK the business is primarily wholesale, selling fuels to distributors (some of whom are branded JET) and resellers. The fuels are either collected by customers or delivered through a contracted road tanker fleet operating out of a number of UK distribution points. In addition, Phillips 66 Limited supplies a network of approximately 330 independently owned petrol forecourts, all of which are branded JET.
Other markets served are aviation, marine and LPG. JET supplies some of the UK's growing secondary airports using owned and shared refuelling tankers and storage, and delivers to airlines through contracted refuelling operations. Marine markets are served using contracted vehicles, as is the LPG business.
