This Regional Sales Representative is responsible for managing and selling to a branded marketing customer base within a sales territory. Territory stewardship responsibilities include building customer relationships and rapport while achieving targeted volume, image, and mobile goals.
Responsibilities May Include
Conducting sales calls to align customer results with team goals utilizing (i.e. phone, electronic sales literature, and virtual business reviews).
Managing site project execution, image standard compliance, and program compliance through continuous customer dialogue.
Managing sales by providing support and building relationships with existing customers.
Conducting regular business reviews with top customers.
Retaining and growing new and existing customer base.
Assisting with identifying business development growth opportunities with existing customers.
Managing contract compliance, budget volumes and controllable costs.
Managing customer performance standards and programs.
Providing on-going customer support to resolve issues.
Executing current and long-term marketing strategies.
Working with Internal & External PSX resources to maximize customer experience (Outside Sales Reps, Loyalty, Brand, Supply, Pricing & card operations).
Cross selling (Refer customers to other channels of trade as appropriate, i.e. Unbranded, Lubes & Aviation).
Developing skills through continuous coaching and training.
Representing sales by participating on initiative teams as needed.
Interfacing with internal departments creating strong working relationships/efficiencies.
Evaluating opportunities by applying the appropriate economic model.
Responsible for forecasting demand for territory.
Utilizing Salesforce.com, Bizlink, MarketForce, Tableau, ArcGIS and SAP to manage your territory.

Must have a valid driver’s license
Minimal overnight travel- up to 10%
5 or more years of experience in inside sales
1 or more years of experience with influence management, such as conflict resolution and leading internal/external resources to achieve goals
2 or more years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Marketing, Transportation, Commercial operations or other relevant experience
1 or more years of experience demonstrating ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data management; able to gather, consolidate and interpret data from separate systems.
Experience leading, coaching and developing others to achieve results
Has participated in multiple projects or initiatives meeting deadlines
Sound business judgment and complex problem-solving capabilities
Previous sales experience or equivalent knowledge of sales techniques and methods
Previous customer services role
Strong knowledge of market share, refinery systems, strengths and weakness of channels and customers
Proficient in virtual communications both verbally and in writing, with customers and multiple levels of management.
Organization skills, experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks / issues simultaneously
Negotiation skills, experience finding the most profitable way that works for both sides (Win/ Win)
Ability to influence others
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
