Phillips 66, a leader in specialty lubricants is currently looking for a reliable Shipping Associate to work in our Benicia, CA facility. The Shipping Associate works to ensure that customer requirements are met in a way to support the company targets and goals in regards to finished products to be delivered to the customer safe, efficiently and on time. This position is for a day shift, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Preparation of domestic and international shipments in accordance with shipping requirements and specifications

  • Assemble products per customer orders, verify orders, pack and stack, attach shipping documentation

  • Demonstrate Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) due diligence at all times

  • Perform inventory counting as necessary to ensure accurate finish product inventory

  • Maneuver including pushing and pulling pallets using pallet jack

  • Operates industrial lift truck in a safe, efficient, and professional manner

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks throughout the work area to ensure safe working conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Willingness and ability to perform and comply with following, with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • To repetitively lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

  • To stand up to 2 hours at a time, up to 8 hours per day

  • To bend, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull daily to perform tasks

  • To operate a lift truck

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience related to oil and gas industry, shipping/receiving, warehousing, production lines, forklift operation, manufacturing

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Being a team player focusing on contributing to the organization and communicating with others
