Description

The Procure to Pay Specialist, Enterprise Cost Management (ECM) is the corporate subject matter expert for Phillip 66’s instance of MCi’s Track software, known internally as Enterprise Cost Management (ECM). The role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, optimization, standardization and internal customer service of the ECM system. This position can be located in either Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Coordinating with internal groups to establish or extend Vendors in SAP for usage in ECM

  • Preparing and analyzing data to be loaded into the Global areas of ECM (Labor, Skills and Equipment).

  • Reviewing, analyzing and importing vendor specific data received from Business Units (BU).

  • Working with business contacts for any clarification of data needed before loading into ECM.

  • Ensuring all components of ECM are set up completely for each location (BU) and each Organization (Vendor) prior to established Go-Live date.

  • Maintenance of each vendor as requested by BU for new skills, rates or changes, making sure the proper approval is provided and the approvals are stored for reference.

  • Supporting ECM BU activities.

  • Troubleshooting failures to maintain efficient and effective ongoing business transactions.

  • Serving as knowledge expert for Track software.

  • Working with end-users to provide functional expertise for system/process issues and resolution.

  • Conducts process training/knowledge transfer as/where required for the ECM user group.

  • Maintaining the accuracy of process and training documentation.

  • Escalating software issues to internal and/or external IT support resources.

  • Ensuring compliance of ECM-related procurement processes.

  • Providing guidance to requests for data extraction, interpretation and analysis.

  • Identified process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and streamline ECM related processes.

  • Supporting SAP S4 and AE66 projects as requested to ensure successful results and continuity of work requirements.

  • Maintaining strong knowledge of BU/site business processes and integration points / changes that affect the procurement processes.

Position Requirements

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • High School or GED equivalent

  • 3 or more years of procurement related work experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint and SAP

Preferred:

  • 5 or more years of SAP MM experience, with emphasis on OLA maintenance, data

  • extraction/reporting and master data maintenance

  • 5 or more years of experience in the energy/oil & gas industry

  • 3 or more years of experience with MCi’s Track software

  • 3 or more years of project management experience implementing business improvement opportunities
