The Pricing and Data Associate will provide administrative support for Phillips 66 P2P processes/systems.
Responsibilities May Include
Providing tactical/administration support to Procurement functional teams in the creation/maintenance of Material Master Data and related Purchasing Master Data elements.
Providing tactical/administration support to Procurement functional teams in the creation/maintenance of Material Outline Agreements/Contract Rates.
Facilitating resolution of related procurement transaction and data issues to ensure properly functioning P2P processes.
Creating and maintaing of SAP Outline Agreements.
Creating and uploading ZPRICE files into outline agreements.
Converting vendor rate sheets to WinShuttle load templates.
Performing additions, changes, and deletions to the SAP Material Master database.
Maintaining associated purchasing master data to support PO automation.
Special assignments upon the request of supervisor.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 or more years of relevant work experience
Proficient computer software skills - Excel, Access, Word
Knowledge of purchasing procedures / Master Data / P2P transactions / OLAs
Proficient in the use of ERP search routines, electronic requisitioning, and electronic interfaces with vendors
Associate degree or higher
1 or more years of experience using SAP MM module
1 or more years of procurement experience
Knowledge or firsthand experience with refinery, chemical plant or midstream work processes
Strong work ethic
Well-organized self-starter that can operate independently and in a team environment
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate ideas in an organized manner
Strong networking skills to ensure that effective teamwork and working relationships are maintained
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries and independently facilitate resolution of issues
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, self-directed, and self-managed
Consistently meets high standards of quality, performance and productivity
Ability to create, organize and maintain files, data sheets and spreadsheets
Effective at time management and setting priorities
Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to change/opportunities
