The Health Services Nurse Case Manager is responsible for the medical case management of occupational and nonoccupational injury and illness cases for Phillips 66. This role also serves as a team member of the Health Services department in the downtown Bartlesville location, providing assistance and coverage as needed. The Health Services Nurse Case Manager will provide a safe and healthful work environment by applying competent nursing judgment, emphasizing safety and the recognition and treatment of illness and injury.
Requirements May Include
Case management of nonoccupational and occupational injuries and illnesses for Phillips 66 Midstream employees located across the United States
Assisting the Occupational Health group with the following:
Respiratory questionnaire reviews
Enrollments/removals from medical surveillance programs
Review of Occupational Health Data Team tasks
Approving/entering medical surveillance exams into Enterprise Health
Weekly termination report
Imaging inventory
Enterprise Health administration back-up
HIPAA training
Enabling/approving new site access to Enterprise Health
Case management coverage for Phillips 66 Lubricants/Bartlesville Downtown/Research Center, if needed
Medical coverage for Bartlesville Health Services, as deemed necessary
Assisting with the Bartlesville downtown Medical Response Team, if requested
All other duties as assigned, within scope of the position
Required Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Active RN/LPN licensure in Oklahoma
Current BLS certification
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to prioritize work within deadline and time constraints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
Attention to detail that is reflected in nursing documentation and assessment of patients
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in Occupational Health or industry
Current ACLS certification
Certification in audiometry and pulmonary function testing
Case management certification
