Description

The Fuel Cells Marketing & Sales Analyst works closely with the Director, Fuel Cell Sales, Marketing and Support to provide data analytics and insights to measure sales performance and drive strategic sales decision and initiatives. They will also coordinate strategic growth initiatives and sales improvement projects.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales performance reporting and business intelligence tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders.

  • Create/maintain stakeholder relationships cross functionally, removing barriers as needed to ensure successful completion of projects and initiatives.

  • Optimize and improve business processes; identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

  • Assist with sales territories design and customer segmentation management.

  • Support Business Development to prepare proposal and establish processes and governance to assist with large sales deals and customer onboarding.

  • Understands Fuel Cell business goals and strategies to align projects.

  • Provide support for customer events, industry conferences and internal and external meetings, as needed.

  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and onboarding.

  • Actively work with the sales team, and others as necessary to achieve results.

Position Requirements

Basic/Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Self-starter with ability to work with a diverse level of skillsets

Preferred:

  • 3 or more years of sales/marketing experience

  • Systems: Advanced excel skills understanding of Salesforce.com and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly grasp problem situations and take initiative to get the right people together to work on issues

  • Attention to Detail: At least one role/project in which being successful required thoroughness, accuracy in working large amounts of detail

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/issues simultaneously

  • Results Oriented: At least one role/project in which success was driven by creating solutions and achieving business results through significant personal effort

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and present to Fuel Cell management team, as required

  • Collaboration: At least one role/project in which results were created by working closely with others in a team setting where trust and cooperation was necessary to drive success

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction
