We offer in-house and industry-based training to help you excel as a member of the Projects team. Additionally, we foster career development through a progression of assignments under the mentorship of senior project professionals. Career advancement can be achieved through management tracks and specialist roles.
Work Your Way Up
New employees can start out as discipline specialists (process, electrical, instrument and controls, rotating equipment engineer, etc.) or as project engineers. From there, they can advance to become technical experts or senior project engineers. The career track continues to engineering manager, project manager and project director.
